Can Help Achieve a Solution

“The Agoura Hills, Calabasas Community Center has been serving local families in a variety of ways for over 20 years. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have been forced to close our doors. Because of severe budget shortages among local governments and coupled with AHCCC’s inability to currently serve our members, the Center’s reopening is in doubt. In short, we need your help.”

Our Organization

“AHCCC serves our community by providing athletic, recreational, social and family-oriented programming in addition to sponsoring youth sports and hosting special events.”

All Services

“Whether playing in an adult basketball league, working out in our gym facilities or using our banquet services for a wedding or birthday party, AHCCC is your local destination for health, fitness and a sense of community.”

About Our Charity

“The Community Center Alliance is a California 501c(3).

Who We Are

CCA was formed before the Center opened in 1999 to purchase furniture, equipment and other items which would be needed after the building was constructed. Since then CCA has sponsored the Calabasas Classic Run and the RAD Run of Agoura as a means to raise money for youth sports and after school services at the Center. Now in response to the pandemic, we are utilizing CCA to offer a means of contributing to AHCCC and have those gifts be fully tax-deductible to our supporters.”

Our Mission

“To provide a means for the Center’s members, local families and community supporters to make a significant contribution which will allow our doors to reopen in 2021.”

Return our beloved facility to the community which it serves.
Fund programs, sports and services which AHCCC offers to members and guests.
Support our local instructors, staff members and other stake-holders critical to the Center’s success.

What We Do

“We make a difference in the community by providing health, wellness, after school programs and special events which enriches the lives of our members and guests.”

Why Choose Us?

“The global Covid-19 pandemic has tragically cost thousands of lives and millions of jobs across our nation. There is no shortage of worthy causes and organizations in need. One of the misconceptions about AHCCC is that the Center is fully funded by the cities it serves, Agoura Hills and Calabasas. In truth, the Center was mostly self-funded. Since AHCCC closed its doors in March 2020, none of the revenue generating programs have been possible. In addition after more than 20 years of continuous use, the Center urgently needs maintenance as well as replacement of the roof. Local governments have also been severely impacted by the pandemic. Our future as a community center ultimately rests with you; our members, supporters, friends and family. These are unprecedented times and they require a team effort to overcome the unique challenges we face. We love serving you and our community. Please help any way you can. Thank you.”

Makes A Difference

If you ever took a class at the Center, if your son or daughter played in a basketball league or utilized one of our after school programs or you used our gym, you know what a special place AHCCC is. Please help us reopen our doors to our community. We’re counting on you.”

Optimism

“One day the pandemic, the recession, the fear and anxiety will be over. These are better and brighter days to look forward to. We can return to the fun, joy and laughter that the Trunk or Treat event provided.

Celebrate

The St. Patrick’s Day celebration gave us all something exciting to look forward to each spring where we hosted hundreds of families and enjoyed a real sense of community. Please help us to reopen and serve you once again. Thank you for visiting us here. We look forward to seeing you again, and in person, soon.”
